My first idea is a 'Zombie Love song' for a rap rock male band.
As I am creating a music video for the brand new band I must assume it is their first music video, which, I personally think, should be reflected on their homepage.
The website of the rock rap band should be in colour. Probably, this may be similar to the homepage of the 'Simple plan' rock band, which I used to analyse in previous bloggs.
Their homepage is in colour, it establishes the band and the whole theme of the homepage helps to create a star image, which is key in success, according to Richard Dyer. I want to create something similar to my band, but keep the website in the colours of their first music video, green and pick, which will also be uploaded on the homepage, to keep the link between their music and their appearance.
The digipack, should be linked to both music video and the band's homepage. The easiest way to do that is through keeping colour palette roughly the same - green, pink, probably red.
The digipack of the brand new music band should include their picture and the NAME OF THE BAND written properly and clearly. To link it back to the music video, it can also carry on with the theme of zombies, for example, having all band members in the picture with the zombie make up.
