After reading and correcting George's shot list I started writing a shooting schedule to plan the time for our shooting day.
The most uncomfortable issue when planning the shooting schedule in our case is - our main male actor would have to be gone by 1pm on the day, so we have to re-think about the order in which we are planning to film our shots, so that we do all of his shots first to let him go early.
During the meeting today we've divided all shots by two groups: with, and without Chris. Those with Chris will be filmed first, from 10:30 to 12:30, and others with Clare will be filmed later from 12:40 to 2:40.
Overall, the whole process with driving, unpacking, filming and getting back will take us +/- 6 hours from the very first meeting in the morning at 8:50, until the very last moment when we return back to school at 3:20.
